Screw the studs to the top plate and bottom plate.
Make closet door bigger.
Add a 2 x 4 to the corner they should always be double image 3.
For sliding doors lift the doors off the rollers at the top track.
This is especially useful if you can t trust yourself to fold.
The closet in the master bedroom was about 6 feet wide but it only had a 24 inch door which hampered access to much of the storage.
Make use of awkward spaces purposefully.
Make sure the opening has inch on both sides and the top to allow for.
Invest in a closet organization system to add shelf and hanger space.
Pop the doors off the hinges and remove.
For a hinged door remove the pins with a screwdriver and hammer and lift the door off the hinges.
